Mersawa Rotary-Cut Veneer Sheets

Mersawa veneer sheets are available in two confirmed thickness options: 0.35 mm and 0.5 mm. Buyers can select face, whole-sheet or repaired grades according to the required visual standard and production plan.

Natural color and grain can vary from sheet to sheet and between batches. A reference sample or approved quality photo should therefore be confirmed before mass production when consistent appearance is important.

Natural grain variation on a Mersawa veneer sheet

Grade Standard

Grade	Confirmed Standard
A Face	No visible color difference or other defects. Closable splits up to 15 mm are permitted.
B Face	Slight color variation may cover up to approximately one quarter of the sheet. Small pinholes are permitted, but insect tunnels are not. Closable splits are permitted.
C Face	Color variation is not restricted. Pinhole defects may occupy up to approximately one half of the sheet, and splits are permitted.
Whole Sheet	Supplied as a complete sheet. The exact visual tolerance should be confirmed against the order sample or agreed specification.
A Repaired	One to five repaired areas are permitted. Repairs should be neat and the color should remain uniform. The diameter of each repaired area must not exceed 30 cm.
B Repaired	Three to six repaired areas are permitted. Repair color should be generally consistent with the sheet. The diameter of each repaired area must not exceed 40 cm.
C Repaired	Joined pieces are permitted, provided the veneer is repaired into one complete sheet.

Thickness and Order Confirmation

The available thicknesses are 0.35 mm and 0.5 mm. Please confirm the required grade, sheet length and width, quantity, packing method and destination port before quotation. Batch color and grade should be checked against an approved sample when consistent appearance is important.

Payment Terms

T/T and L/C are accepted. A 30% deposit is payable upon signing the contract.

Delivery Time

Delivery is arranged within 20 days after receipt of the deposit. For unusually large-volume orders, the delivery schedule should be reconfirmed according to the final quantity.
