Mozambique Eucalyptus Veneer Purchase Order Checklist

A Mozambique eucalyptus veneer purchase order should state what is being bought, how it will be judged and which details still need confirmation. Put the agreed grade, sheet specification, quantity, appearance reference and packing requirements in one version-controlled record. Avoid using only “A grade eucalyptus veneer” as the complete description.

This checklist is a buyer's document-planning aid, not a statement of fixed Zhide stock specifications or contract terms. Separate the fields that are often mixed together

Only the product origin and basic grade definitions above are confirmed in the current local product facts. The other values must come from the buyer's requirement and an accepted offer; this article does not supply them.

Write the grade as a visual agreement

Zhide's confirmed grading description for this product is straightforward: A grade has no holes; B grade may have small holes; C grade may have holes and partial bark. A purchase order should also identify the approved sample or dated photo set and any order-specific acceptance limits. Do not assume that a letter alone defines hole size, repair permission or every natural color variation.

Where a defect boundary matters, record the question and the agreed answer before ordering. Keep measured specifications out of the photograph caption

The photograph below shows a sheet in front of a stack. It cannot establish a nominal thickness or prove moisture content. Put the agreed thickness, sheet length and width in the order table, together with how and when they are measured. Record any accepted tolerance only after both sides agree to it. Do not copy a measurement from an unrelated order or another wood species.

Connect packing and quantity to the same order version

Specify the quantity and its unit, then agree how it will be reconciled at packing. Record the required bundle or package identification, any protective materials and the destination. These are requests for an order-specific confirmation; the historical stacks shown here do not prove Zhide's standard packing method or a shipment quantity.

For receiving and dispatch records, link the purchase order version to the eventual packing list and bundle identifiers. Our veneer packing-list guide explains that later record. If the buyer needs pre-dispatch photographs, agree the coverage separately; a stack photograph is not a container-loading record.

Before sending the order

1. Check that the offer and purchase order use the same product and grade wording.

2. Attach the approved appearance reference with a date and version.

3. Fill in thickness, dimensions, quantity and unit after confirmation.

4. Agree measurement, inspection, packing, labels and destination requirements for this order.

5. Resolve blank fields and changed versions before treating the order as final.
